The newest of the Garden Place Senior Living communities, Garden Place of Red Bud, features 38 apartments and is located in the city of Red Bud, Ill. Constructed in 2006, this senior living facility features state-of-the-art amenities for independent and assisted living residents. There are two types of senior living residential units at Garden Place of Red Bud: Studio: approx. 350 square feet and One-Room Suite: approx. 550 square feet Independent & Assisted living includes the following services/amenities:

• Ability to bring small pets
• 24-hour on-duty, certified attendant at the assisted living community
• Utilities included, except phone, Internet and cable TV
• Two meals plus continental breakfast daily
• Light housekeeping service within the senior living facility
• Full maintenance service
• Daily social activities
• Daily social activities
• Scheduled transportation, activities and social gatherings
• Laundry facilities
• Personal mailbox within the assisted living community
• Emergency call system monitored on-site 24 hours a day
• Scheduled use of great room or private kitchen/dining room for personal gatherings
• Access to common areas with TV, crafts and exercise
• Assistance in setting and meeting personal goals toward an independent and active lifestyle
• Medication reminders
• In-house religious services for various faiths
• Assisted living includes all independent living services plus the following:
• Personal-care assistance
• Bathing assistance
• Dressing assistance
• Skin-care assistance
