Garden Place Senior Living rates are upfront and all-inclusive; we do not nickel-and-dime residents. However, each senior resident’s level of care is different so prices do vary accordingly. Please talk with one of our senior living community manager to determine if your loved one is better suited for Independent Senior Living or Assisted Living.

Garden Place of Columbia Independent & Assisted living rates start at $2,665 per month.
Garden Place of Millstadt Independent & Assisted living rates start at $2,525 per month.
Garden Place of Red Bud Independent & Assisted living rates start at $2,525 per month.
A second resident in any Garden Place Senior Living apartment starts at $595.

Furnished apartments are also available with daily, weekly or monthly rates.

Financing

All three Garden Place Senior Living communities are Illinois licensed as Assisted Living. Therefore, most long-term insurance plans will cover some of the cost of a residence at Garden Place. Our experienced staff will explore all viable payment options with you, including worker’s compensation, long-term care insurance or VA benefits, so you can make confident choices.

Know Your Options

Government aid, such as VA benefits and social security, and private preparation, such as long-term insurance, can dramatically reduce monthly payments.
