Constructed in 2004, this 34-apartment senior living facility features state-of-the-art amenities for independent and assisted living residents. There are three types of residential units at Garden Place of Millstadt: Studio: approx. 350 square feet, One-Bedroom Suite: 550 square feet and Two-Bedroom Suite: 850 square feet Independent and Assisted living includes the following services/amenities:

• Ability to bring small pets
• 24-hour on-duty, certified attendant within the senior living community
• Utilities included, except phone, Internet and cable TV
• Two meals plus continental breakfast served daily within the senior living community
• Light housekeeping service
• Full maintenance service
• Daily social activities within the assisted living community
• Scheduled transportation, activities and social gatherings
• Laundry facilities
• Personal mailbox within the assisted living community
• Emergency call system with 24-hour, on-site monitoring
• Scheduled use of private kitchen and dining room for personal gatherings
• Access to common areas with TV, crafts and exercise equipment
• Assistance in setting and meeting personal goals toward an independent and active lifestyle within the assisted living community
• Medication reminders
• In-house religious services for various faiths
• Assisted living includes all independent living services plus the following:
• Personal-care assistance
• Bathing assistance
• Dressing assistance
• Skin-care assistance
