There are three Garden Place Senior Living communities in the southwestern Illinois metro region. Each independent and assisted living facility can accommodate single or married residents and feature senior-friendly interior design in areas, such as:

• Special lighting
• Floor coverings
• Individually-controlled heating and cooling
• Handicap-accessible bathrooms with special safety features

• Personal care, such as bathing, dressing and skin care (if needed)
• Three daily, home-cooked meals, plus snacks
• Medication reminders
• 24-hour on-duty, certified CPR attendant
• Utilities included, except phone, Internet and cable TV
• Weekly light housekeeping services
• Maintenance services
• Scheduled transportation for shopping and appointments
• Laundry facilities
• In-house and day-trip activities and social gatherings
• Emergency call system with 24-hour, on-site monitoring
• Scheduled use of private kitchen and dining room for personal gatherings
• Personal mailbox
• Common areas, including craft, exercise, dining and sitting rooms and a TV lounge
• Assistance in setting and meeting personal goals to remain independent and active
