This 18-room senior living community features four types of residential units: Studio - 140 sq. ft., Suite - 271.5 sq. ft., Large Suite - 320 sq. ft. and Two-Room Suite - 362 sq. ft. Independent & Assisted living includes the following senior services and amenities:

• Ability to bring small pets
• 24-hour on-duty, certified attendant
• Utilities included, except phone, Internet and cable TV
• Three daily meals
• Light housekeeping senior services
• Full maintenance senior services
• Daily social activities within the assisted living community
• Scheduled transportation, activities and social gatherings within the assisted living community
• Laundry facilities
• Emergency call system with 24-hour, on-site monitoring within the assisted living community
• Access to common areas with TV, crafts and exercise equipment
• Assistance in setting and meeting personal goals toward an independent and active lifestyle within the assisted living community
• Medication reminders
• Personal care, such as bathing, dressing and skin care
